What is the current trend of the real estate market in your agency's reference area?
We operate in the hilly and wine-producing district of Southern Piedmont: Langhe, Roero and Monferrato. Food and wine and rural tourism is growing strongly and this often induces the desire to invest in a property. The current trend is therefore positive. Furthermore, the post-pandemic phase has stimulated a greater desire for spaces and in particular for open spaces. Often a property in these areas, in addition to representing a permanent housing solution, facilitated by the greater diffusion of remote work, can also constitute a source of income from tourist rentals.
Based on your experience, have you managed to identify a target customer who turns to your real estate agency?
Our clientele can be considered an elite clientele. This term does not refer only and necessarily to an economic elite, but to a cultural elite, lover of the subtle pleasures of life: peace, the beauty of the landscapes, tasting products that come from a centuries-old tradition of excellence, the slow pace of countryside, the pleasure of convivial situations, outdoor sports (trekking, cycling, etc.).
What are the most requested properties at the moment?
The most requested properties are those located in panoramic positions, which have the character of tradition (stone, brick, wood) and with a good level of privacy. Furthermore, we are increasingly asked for agricultural properties, mostly with vineyards or real wineries.
Or again, properties designed to carry out hospitality activities or which can be converted, in whole or in part, for this purpose.
What are the reasons that led you to create the partnership with Luxforsale for your real estate agency?
At least 2/3 of our customers already come from abroad. The remaining 1/3 comes from the entire North West basin (Piedmont, Lombardy, Liguria).
Our site already has excellent visibility, our clientele is not lacking, but the big names in international luxury real estate are arriving in the area and, to compete worthily on this rapidly evolving terrain, we felt the need to network with a group of colleagues who represent their territories and properties with common characteristics.
Furthermore, to have the possibility of offering high-profile customers a range of services that cannot be improvised.

What are - based on your experience in the sector - the possible future developments of the luxury real estate market in your reference area, and in general?
The signs are clear. The territory is calling, and the market is responding positively. I therefore expect a growing trend. The arrival of the big names in international luxury real estate can only fuel greater demand, which will benefit all operators capable of providing services suited to the increasingly demanding expectations of high-profile customers.
