Compared to mid-range homes, luxury homes are less subject to fluctuations in value and therefore in price.
• Renting a luxury property in the coolest locations in Italy is an increasing trend in recent years: despite the pandemic, there are no collapses in the rents of luxury homes. Therefore, buying a property and then renting it turns out to be a winning choice in most cases.
It is essential to follow the trends of the luxury real estate market for some time before deciding on a possible purchase / rent: it will serve to have an overall idea of how operators move and what are the actual advantages that can be obtained from individual operations.
